What is excluded from the warranty?
This warranty applies only to the original purchasers and does not cover:
1: Bloodstains, cracks and stains on the mattress.
2: Normal changes in the softness or elasticity of the mattress.
3: Careless maintenance, modification or repair by unauthorized persons.
